How much will shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on the type of art you order and the shipping destination. Please refer to the product page for the shipping charges.

When will my art arrive?

You can estimate your art's arrival by adding the processing and transit times. We typically process the order within 24 hours. The high-quality printing and handmade frames take up to 5-7 business days. The shipment time varies based on the destination, most counties can be reached within 2 to 3 weeks.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

What type of packaging do you use?

We take great care of your exclusive art, and it is carefully packaged so that it reaches you safely. Framed artworks are covered securely and placed in hard corrugated inserts and fillings that lock the frame in position and safeguard during the transit.

Is my package insured?

OnePrintOnly guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support at support@oneprintonly.com.

What if my print arrives damaged?

We package your prints very carefully but since they travel far and wide occasionally accidents happen. If your print arrives damaged please take a photo of the damage and any damaged packaging material and contact our support at support@oneprintonly.com. We will rectify the problem as quickly as possible and send you a replacement print. 

What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?

In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment subject to the processing times of all items in the shipment. You may specifically request that the arts be shipped separately. This may affect your shipping charges, but you must contact our support at support@oneprintonly.com.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

Yes, within certain guidelines. The art packages are large in size for most P.O. box. Please check if your P.O. box can hold box of at least 36’ to 48” cardboard box package.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most international destinations.

Can you arrange special shipment for my order?

For express delivery or alternate shipping arrangement, please contact the support at support@oneprintonly.com

What about duties and taxes?

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. OnePrintOnly.com has no control over this, and has no way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

 

Why can't you ship to my country?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries. If you can select your country when filling in your address, then we are able to ship most products to your country.

Do you ship to countries to which the carrier does not offer shipping insurance?

Yes. We will ship your order (at your own risk) if we receive payment in US currency using an international money order in advance.
